The Leibniz Institute for Educational Media | Georg Eckert Institute can be reached from the main train station forecourt with bus route M 411 (heading to ‘Lamme’, alight at bus stop ‘Maschstrasse). (timetable and information).

The Basement is located on the lower ground floor of the new institute building on Freisetrasse, next to the Villa von Bülow and the library building which are on the corner of Celler Strasse und Freisestrasse.

In order to find the entrance to The Basement, follow Freisestrasse past the Villa von Bülow, the library building and the Margarete Rothbarth building, then turn left and walk down the left-hand side of the car park to the glass door straight ahead.
